"Eating Healthy in College is very difficult, the freshman 15 turned into the freshman 25. The added weight also affected my energy levels and I would crash a lot quicker than normal.

"I always dreaded the summer or beach season as everyone calls it. Taking my shirt off was something I never looked forward too, and because of that I spent a lot of time avoiding that type of situation normally in my house blasting the AC.

"M-80 has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I originally lost a little over 100 pounds. I've been heavy from the time I was young. As you can probably guess my mother was a great cook! When I got into college I needed a change and looking around, I also wanted a date.
That's honestly what motivated me to start exercising and teaching myself how to eat properly. Everything was going great up until the last 6 months. Now I've been struggling with I'd have to say just about the last 40 pounds. I've taken a couple of different kinds of fat burners and every one of them promised the world but I saw very little result.
I have not changed my diet. I'm still eating between 5 and 7 small meals a day and exercising regularly.
